The 2024 Ranji Trophy has kicked off, giving our players the chance to show what they’re capable of ahead of a busy cricket season, which will include the upcoming Indian Premier League 2024.

Let's take a look at our talented players participating in this season:

  • Arshdeep Singh

After a standout performance for India in the recent series against South Africa, Arshdeep is back in his Punjab colours. A productive stint with Kent during the English county cricket season has enhanced his red-ball reputation. His exceptional skills and his current form make him one of the top players to watch out for in this Ranji Trophy season.

  • Prabhsimran Singh

After a breakout season opening the batting for us in IPL 2023, our young Sher continued with his fireworks in the 2023 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He was part of India’s squad in the 2023 Asian Games as well. Now playing for his native Punjab, all eyes will be on the pocket dynamo for some explosive batting.

  • Vishwanath Pratap Singh

One of our newest Shers, Vishwanth is a right-handed batter who will look to make an impact and impress everyone in the tournament.

  • Shashank Singh

After impressing in the previous season of the IPL, Shashank Singh became a name to take note of. Already an established name in domestic cricket, Shashank scored 450 runs in 7 matches at an average of 75 in the recently concluded Vijay Hazare trophy. Representing Chhattisgarh, he will be hoping to have an incredible season and make it a huge season for his team.

  • Rahul Chahar

After a huge Vijay Hazare trophy wherein he took 18 wickets in just 9 games, Rahul Chahar is all set to represent Rajasthan once again in the Ranji Trophy. His excellent form bodes well for the team and will put them in good stead for the challenging season ahead.

Coming to the 2024 Ranji Trophy, he will look to continue his form from the 2023 season and make a notable contribution for his side.

  • Rishi Dhawan

A true giant of India’s domestic cricket, Rishi Dhawan is arguably the best Himachal Pradesh player in their history. He was the highest wicket-taker in 2013-14 season where he took 49 wickets and then in 2018-19, he was brilliant with the bat as well, scoring the most runs for his side that season. He will be hoping for another terrific season.
