Shedge's cricketing journey has been marked by rapid progress through the ranks of Mumbai cricket. He made significant contributions in the BCCI Men's Under-25 State A Trophy in 2022, scoring 184 runs and taking 12 wickets in eight matches. His performances earned him a spot in Mumbai's Ranji Trophy squad for the 2022-23 season and a place in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy squad. In the 2024-25 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Shedge played a pivotal role in Mumbai's triumph. In the final against Madhya Pradesh, he scored a quickfire 36 runs off 15 balls, contributing to Mumbai's successful chase of 182 runs. Throughout the tournament, he maintained an impressive strike rate of 251.92, showcasing his ability to perform under pressure and solidifying his reputation as a valuable T20 finisher.
